The Effects of Allowing and Letting Be on Habit Patterns
The V1 model was almost thinking of switching train tracks, right? Like your mind can be on this one path, but then you take it away and focus on something else. I think that part of what's happening when people are able to understand allowing and letting be as a kind of approach is that they're developing a different relationship to these affects. These are messages that would never get through to people if they only believed what their minds were broadcasting about what it is like to feel this way.
