I want to go into employee ownership in a bit of detail, but I think just some of the numbers in your book that kind of blew my mind a little bit. One of those specific quotes that you had in the book was around Boeing over this four year period where share buybacks represented 43 billion versus the 16 billion that they actually invested in capbacks. The incentive structure for public companies certainly aligns with that and for private equity,. They can get carried interest for instance for flipping companies and buying another company and doing the same thing again.
