I think a lot about accessibility in games. I think there's a big complicated disambiguation issue between difficulty and accessibility. Difficulty can come from something being inaccessible, but it's not specifically derived from things being inaccessible. You can make things highly, highly accessible and still really difficult. And so a lot of game design comes down to how do you educate players and give them the tools to get to the point in games where they can start to approach the difficult problems.
