Back Extensions - I'm Having a Woo Back, Is It Woo?
LZ Granderson: I barbelled back, sweated more than I have in 10 years the other day. Part of it was just the realization. We talk a lot on our podcast about the word well. And so some of it was realizing that with my back. It's like, maybe I just am having all this back pain because I believe my back is broken. LZ: If you have stress, it's got to manifest itself physically somewhere. You know, chronic disease can manifest itself as a prolonged stress. So we want to make sure that we're mitigating that. The easiest and safest place to do that is with back extensions.
