Diet is obviously really important. Exercise, physical activity is super important. Sleep is even more understudied in the biology of aging. And then there's this fourth bucket or fourth or fifth depending on how you want to define it: Wellbeing and happiness. I think if you want to maximize your health span as a human being, you've got to pay attention to all of these things. But they all ultimately tie into the biology ofaging in different ways.
