How to Have a Strength Day
A strength day is just a one general program that works well for a lot of people. The whole thing should take 45 to 60 minutes and then we're done with the power session. We write down what we did on the dumbbell row and what we do on the squats and our weights on the hangboard. Then we move on to the power session knowing that you know a week or so in the future we're gonna hit that strength session again.
