Can Animal Studies Be Used to Predict Cancer Risk?
The reason is because we can't force someone to be in a trial, or even conduct a trial where they are doing something that will likely result in their risk for cancer. So as a result, what this means is we have to rely on animal studies to fill in the missing pieces and then pare it up with our epidemeologicala studies in humans. And there's one really interesting study in animals, in mice specifically, that i want to walk you through, because it covers everything.
