Can Great Athletes Use the Tools of Creativity, Imagination and Fantasy?
Great athletes use imagination and fantasy to elevate their performance. You've kind of got the big foundational things in place: proper training, a just so consistency at the right training load. And then sleep being kind of partly bleeding into the rest recovery side of things, but getting the right amount of sleep as a huge mover that think a lot of people can improve on if they optimize that. And then the third one is always conof nutrition. When you get those three things right, they check off a lot of boxes, and then they can start kind of whittling away at some of the other things that maybe look a little bit cooler sometimes on paper.
