I expectto what i hear you say there is, the approach you both took was to improve your capacity to direct your attention in and around that move. And it definitely, definitely worked. Or me, in other unfortunately, remains somehow isolated. So rather than er letting all the anxiety come round, if we pick up a particular aspect moment inthat sequence, it might not allow enough room for the anxiety to come around.
