The Importance of Experience in Gym Sales

I can see it being disheartening in some ways for a facility owner. If you feel like another gym that you know quite well is doing really well and they remember charging more money than you, I think there's lots of pieces to the jigsaw that dictate what you can charge. Most people are massively undercharging but then again most people haven't got a truly leading facility. They don't have sales trained staff, they don't have enough experience in the model. You know, when you get to a certain point, we can probably almost half twice our prices at W10 and I like that we lose everybody. We're already expensive because some people, it's just that their value
