Samba: I'd love to have a meaningful conversation with my father someday. He never matured into the EQ that you should have to be able to have a compassionate conversation with someone you love, someone who loves you. On the other hand, we have gone through every cycle of the relationship where we've gotten really angry with each other. She says she was very and despairing about her mother not seeing me go down this path. "I just feel like there's nothing I know beyond the surface of these stories," Samba writes.
