These are guides. They're rules. And sometimes people make exceptions and don't follow them. So we learn from that and try and codify that back in or, you know, change principle of all of it. Ultimately, like, what are these actually helping do on the ground? And it's just faster decision making. Rather than a big giant epic debate one or the other, you can actually point to a principle often and say, and it means you don't need to escalate as well.
