The best way for an adult who can't afford four massages a week to keep their tea spine mobile and their hips mobile is to roll around on the ground. If you've ever watched anybody with a stiff spine try to do a forward roll, it's like rolling a block instead of a ball. But ifyo, if you get em to do forward rolls for about a week or two, and use a little uphill or downhill, can't to bolster them a little bit, they'll be rolling like a ball in about a week.
