The value of a sweater is not how much the yarn cost, but what it's worth to some buyer. The price has to be in between those two numbers for both parties to be happy after the transaction and have no buyers remorse or sellers regret. If Erica considers her costs to be 300 bucks, like I would not part with this sweater for less than $300. A number in between 300 and 700 is going to be a profitable price for both parties.
