Is It Hard to Get Calories Like All In?
I think for me this is definitely the better approach to get the calories and already before the training in the morning. Even an easy run can like make you a lot more tired than if you would just eat a bite before that. I mean, of course, it's always an individual and for some faster training might work really well.
