The first step is to go into the sales force or your CRM and basically create a report of close one opportunities in the last one year. From there you can take that list of key titles and plug it into chat GPT and essentially prompt it to create an ICP table. The second action will take away is to load your top of funnel with the right prospects. You're actually getting unique separate touches in your funnel so reverse out of that to get to your goal. It's also important to keep an eye on your your KPIs at the top of your funnel and making sure that your KPIs aligned to your goals.
