How Long Does It Take to Crack Into the Top Levels of CrossFit?
Most athletes are cracking in in the early 20s and then some athletes have very short-lived careers like any sport which a single or two seasons but then the norm seems to be a show up three or four years. The biggest thing is a training out adaptability that you put some on a protocol and they get better from it. Some people just respond to training better than others meaning you put two different people on the same protocol and one person is gonna have massively different responses than others. I'm sure a lot of that has to do with both of his parents being Olympians and the genetics and just his upbringing as he also grew up doing acrobatic skiing so basically a gymnast but
