The Reward for Initiating the Habit
i do a specific workout that people think i'm crazy. It's called hot works. So they have things like yoga and polates and like colr workouts. They're like 30 to forty five minutes total. And each workout, i burn anywhere between like, 506 hundred calories. That's short amount of time. I love it. Though i hated it at first, an my body had to adjust to being in asonor for that long. But i get to enjoy, you know, the aftermath of it, and seeing my how much more, how many more calories i can consume. There are no ass down there i used to.
