ADHD - Negative Thoughts Can Be Diffused
An automatic thought can be self-talk the boss is angry with me or an image you imagine yourself getting fired by your boss images pictures in your head that's a cognition. Most thoughts are neutral or positive but a distorted thought are those that somehow twist slant or ignore information and interfere with your perceived options. These show up in other things like depression or anxiety but how they they also show up with ADHD so that one is magnetic magnification and minimization we inflate the negative possibilities and ignore the positives what we see with procrastination. We magnify how difficult the task is going to be and help point with it pointless, minimize our ability to tolerate some discomfort and get started on
