Building Your Confidence
I think it's relly important to celebrate small winds and small achievements, because that's what builds your confidence. I think buill's confidence is actually being willing to walk away from things. There's no shame in doing either free or cheap work just to build a portfolio. But don't do it for long. Like, build your portfolio, gets some experience clients who are going to pay you. Never need to know that those projects were free. And honestly i have a lot of material too which can help people get started on their career journey.
