FIT the fit method is about giving someone the skills and feeling empowered so that they have more control over their life. It came from my doctoral research at UCL which is the University in London where for my thesis I was looking at weight loss and maintenance. Most weight loss diet or exercise programs you know recommend and people here all the time just go eat less and you should exercise more, he says.
