How to Create Co-Contraction in Training

Robinson: We're trying to create a reciprocal relationship between the two. Andy, you jump in. Robbie mentioned just a hip hinge and a footplant aren't going to help everybody. But we did this one short stuff that was kind of having trouble creating proper rotation. And we put just a strip of paper,. basically just a few feet in front of his foot where he had to step over  to make the throw. So now he's creating that footplant. I think it's more fun to see it individualized, but it's really fun to be able to do during spring training.
