I'm a big fan of your Strava I try to always give a kudos. so when you say take natural steps in terms of workouts obviously if you're doing that 10 by 2k 1k float you'll be able to go faster on the two case probably then if you're better and then going faster on the way K-flips as well but but it's just that entitle the the EC running as well.
