David Perry: When you're working on a book together, there are five steps. He says the first step is to capture all the different things maybe we want to talk about in a place where we both can see it on a whiteboard. After that, he says, "You have to agree on your protocols" And then when it comes to organize, what happens there? Do we have a system that we both have access to and update each other regularly?
