Is That a Symptom of Overtraining?
When you get to a certain age, wu start to see some of those numbers decrease. Is that a symptom of over training or something else? You are only as strong as your weakest link. It's ok to not be dead lifting what you were in your thirties when you're in your eighties. If you work on your weaknesses, now you become mediocre poth things. Ah, but for health, this wind does matter for health.
