How to Deal With Anger

We have a complicated relationship with anger because we've been taught to have a lot of shame about it. Anger is a way of letting us know when we're out of step with our boundaries and when we need to take good care of ourselves. If we keep focusing on disappointment, we will not truly grieve the loss of our hopes and expectations from our situations. We also won't grieve the lost baggage that we need to let go of in order to step forward.
