Post Workout Routine

When i travel it's little bit different. I do a lot of body weight work out, son a lot of push ups, air squats, sit ups, a lunges,. Those types of things. Also bring along my b f r bands, my blood flow restriction bands which are phenomenal for me when i travel. And the last thing is, i do aA lot of yoga when i travel as well. It really helps to asea a t p production, increase human growth, hor mon and then i do a lot for just kind of like rushing so much blood oxygen and nutrient delivery to the muscles When i don't have access to weihts  i also do a lot
