Is There a Way to Incentivize Software Development?
I think there are ways that the incentive structure could get more interesting. It's hard for me to see that happening in practice, given how out of whack the current comp structures are on the commercial teams. I just ah see in practice there being a lot of challenges in the short term to actually do it definly. But that's a great one. Otheri y keep going inye a, that hand off period from pase three to four is super critical so that those programs don't regress when you hand it off to the marketing managerye.
