The Effects of Dry Hops on Beer Quality

We are generally with our like 120 barrel tanks, our dry hops are quiescent. We don't do any additional rousing on some of the small fermenters of the pubs. And we've changed our minds on this a few times over, but these mid fermentation hops is kind of perfect because you have natural convection mixing with the fermentation. So that's nice. The later dry hops, we've definitely played around with doing some CO2 bursts. But from a consistency standpoint, you know, you're doing a little bit of scrubbing. You're doing some mixing. So I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of that, but we have done that.
