The Art of Building a Decision Tree

The art of building a decision tree is something that you can drill down extremely far on any part of this, right? You can spend the whole class talking about choosing your probabilities. And there are situations in life where you would be willing to pay for more information rather than making just the decision based on your current level of knowledge.
