Do You Find That You're Losing Focus With Your Training?

If people are getting bored, they're going to get distracted. It doesn't meed that level of difficulty and or excitement so it's goin to be hard to concentrate. I think i has a huge potential tere because i it gamifies your workouts,. which makes them inherently more interesting and funnand there's lots of other ways you can do that on your own or with a training partner. But again, it's finding what you personally find motivating and interesting.
