The Benefits of a Nine Day Fortnight
Every 10 days of work, you get one day off. We decided that everyone should have the same day off because we think that's the most optimal. The size of a rear app is very easy because we are predominantly the board as founders. So I don't have an answer for those who are bigger. But I'm sure with most things, it's a database decision. And hopefully, Otter will be a company that we can share our data and say, Hey, this worked as another data point.
