Prescriptive Yoga for Scoliosis
People are always looking for prescriptive yoga poses. The same poses that might heal your back can also hurt your back and so it is really unfortunately it's a complicated challenge whenever we're dealing with muscle imbalances injuries genetic disorder you know you can't really lump all of these things into one category. I find that yoga tends to be holistic and it's not something that works very well piecemealed but I'm curious in your work if you have isolated some poses some sequences or something that's been helpful for others and maybe harmful for certain students specifically for people dealing with scoliosis.
