The Impact of Nitrogen in Beer Production

Free amino nitrogen specifically will come along with the grain that you're using for beer production. We can also exogenously add fan back in. In our case, we use yeast extract, which is basically we cracked open our yeast cells. They're full of single amino acids. And so again, we've painted this nice picture of, you know, wanting to help yeast grow and propagate.
