The Benefits of Meditation

meditation is not going to be the same magic pill as a drink. Just sitting if you can find somewhere to sit quietly for five minutes and focus on your breath does come. I think just being able to find moments throughout your day where you can really just get back in your body has something to do with it. It helps me refocus in other situations like doing the dishes or when my mind starts to wander.
