"I think it's good for everything though because if you go way back it's the mind muscle connection. And that is where it's part of that to where I am going to back step something I said a little bit earlier," he says. "Even with strength at the high peak end you do what you're talking about but it's more automatic." He adds: "It's different than if you lay down there and say on the bench and just try to slam into it".
