The Benefits of the Kettlebell Swing
The upside of the kettlebell snatch is that by its design, it allows you to work around shoulder issues. It's a full body movement and the stroke on it is incredibly long. You can almost always do more kettlebell snatches. The weight, the implement moves a long way.
