Code switching is when you are adjusting your behavior, your words or your actions to fit in with the majority culture. You talk about how diversity can be sort of a buzz word, but they don't want to do the work of diversity which means things will change. People who were brought in to represent diversity or inclusion are forced to do something called switching.
