I do almost like, I would say like 60% of the deadlifts I do our straight legs so the point is all hamstrings or mostly hamstrings. And even then I'm having to think through recruiting the hamstrings like you're doing single leg or double double because I have a bad patella on one and there's no single leg anything. This is another thing that I'm actually addressing now as I'm getting older to. I should address this like I should make my quality of life better rather than just be concerned with a six pack.
