The Importance of a Good Taste in Ice Cream
The first two flavors that we did were Oreo mint and Heath bar crunch. I have a very, very poor sense of smell. It's called anosmia. In some ways, not having a sense of smell was this kind of hidden blessing,. Because you had to rely on other senses that maybe competitors weren't thinking about. They were focusing only on flavor or smell rather than the feel of ice cream.
