We've kind of lost connection with what satiety actually is I think. Just because it's bigger doesn't mean it's gonna be more satiet inducing well in my practice so after we opened up that metabolic clinic I started expressly discouraging salads and partly because they're not satisfying so people just keep eating. It took me a long time to be able to distinguish when I was hungry and when I was craving, he says. He talks about the cheese test and this actually came from his personal experience.
