The Importance of Feedback From the Community
I love how you involved the community in your decisions for the business. That direct feedback from where the tires hit the road is invaluable. Most business owners are too driven by their own vision and lack of humility to care about their most important asset, the end customer. If we don't think something's up to scratch, why did we serve it? Do you know what I mean? So first of all, we should be our own worst critics. We shouldn't be waiting for our customers to tell us what we're doing wrong. And these are just other nugget.
