How to Reduce Friction and Pricing
Pricing is still a common friction point that in some cases it may make sense to add for the customer. At our price points we thought well it makes no sense for somebody who need to ask us how much this costs. And so let's automate that out of it. Let's publish all of our pricing. We made it really easy for them to engage if they wanted to and provided a real low customer service and support pre-sale to them. It was no fuss and fuss. Presumably they're happy with that because they didn't have to raise their hand. They didn't having to ask us a question and wait for an answer.
