Plant Based Athletes

Being brought up on an indian diet, it's very much plant baste. You probably need to be a little bit more adventurous by using lots of herbs and spices. There are some brilliant, brilliant books out there now for plant based athletes. And instead of em that peepy, you know, a lot of plant bey. But e obviously, again, i'd say, the coming plant baste, is not going unless you're healthier or support you as well.
