Can You Surrender to the Craving?

If you're just straight up hungry, usually between upping protein a little bit and increasing the high volume raw vegetables can get you by. But at some point, like physiologically, things are changing in your body when you're losing body fat. So there's a balance to be found with a amount of manageable hunger versus a point where hunger gets so extreme that it trigger food cravings.
