Many people find intermittent fasting to be sort of like a reset. And then that potentially has an effect on longevity, whether that's health span or life span. There are certainly metabolic benefits, but if you're only doing it maybe once, twice, maybe three times a year, i don't think this will have a significant effect on your body fat or your weight.
