The Importance of Movement Exploration Classes
A lot of my teaching is improvisational. I don't necessarily, we do have structured classes and we build out programming. But mostly what I do is like real time. These movement exploration classes are right now my ability to not only set the expectation from the student mindset but also allow me to teach whatever it is at the present moment that I want to teach.
