There is a long term impact to mental health, but also physical health of chronically sleeping short Lauren. There's a greater incidence of inflammatory diseases in those individuals with chronic short sleep. They have increased incidence of type two diabetes, heart disease, obviously obesity is more common. We know that people who have chronic sleep debts are short sleepers over the long term.
