Is Non HDL Good for Diabetes?

Non HDL comes with every lipid panel. It's basically your total cholesterol that's H200, your HDL is 40, subtract 40 out of it. You get the remaining 160. It also tracks very well with LDL. There's no one that has a high LDL assuming you do a direct measurement. If your LDL is 130, you're not going to have a non HDL of 5 or 6 or 10 or 20.
