I think what you just mentioned, the difference between focused and diffuse mode thinking might have been the biggest takeaway I took from all of your books and also course. And it's funny because I often wonder whether my interest in looking at the world through different perspectives is what made me really focus in when I saw this information about the default network and focus moments. These are very important insights that don't get out to the public as much due to neuroscience being so busy.
